Accuserve, Inc. provides on-site and laboratory calibration service to a variety of businesses. We can never say that we have seen it all, but we have worked on many types of equipment in many types of environments. Challenge us to take on your calibration program!

Key Benefits

Onsite calibration provides a convenient solution for the customer. No shipping and handling, no need to purchase a backup item for every instrument you send out for calibration, and no down-time, as we work around your schedule. We also have the ability to provide on-site calibration for most items listed on our scope of accreditation. You can also consult with our qualified representatives about your equipment or metrology program during the visit.

Laboratory calibration provides calibration in our controlled environment to include our complete list of capabilities. We normally provide a fast turnaround time, and we can also expedite calibration service if necessary.

Repair service is a key component of our service. We have the ability to repair nearly all instruments sent to us, with the only limitations being parts availability or proprietary issues. We are able to troubleshoot to component level, thus saving the customer on parts costs. We have an extensive supply chain of approved vendors in order to locate parts. We are also able to repair items that are no longer supported by the manufacturer, as long as we can find a source for parts.

Cost is always a concern for all of our customers, whether it is planned as scheduled calibration or unplanned as repair. Compare our prices to other calibration vendors and the original manufacturer, and you will find that we have very competitive pricing. As you compare, also consider that we are an accredited lab with a history of satisfied customers. We strive to provide the best “cost vs. value” benefit in all of our customer relationships.

Quality systems are not the same for all customers. It is true that most of our customers are ISO 9000 series registered. We also have customers that comply with other standards such as TS 16949 (Automotive), US military standards, FDA, ANSI, ASTM, and ASE (Aerospace). We have all of the applicable guidelines on file, and they are referenced in the Accuserve, Inc. Quality Manual.

Metrology programs can be provided for your company. We specialize in organizing metrology programs for customers. We go beyond just calibration of instruments, as we work with quality managers frequently. We can inventory your equipment, setup an identification system, integrate our quality program with yours, provide custom reports, provide calibration documentation as detailed as you need, and alert you when your equipment is due for re-calibration!

Authorized Datrend Service Center

In addition to the capabilities listed below, Accuserve, Inc. is also an authorized service center for Datrend Instruments of Richmond BC, Canada. We are able to repair, upgrade, and calibrate the Datrend Infutests (infusion device analyzers) and Oxitests (pulse oximeter testers).
